Terms & Warranty


All converters come with a one year warranty to the original retail purchaser from the date of the original invoice.  This warranty does not include the following: misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, water damage, improper installation, improper maintenance,  improper cooling, or improper fluid levels. Trans Parts is not responsible for cost due to down time of vehicle or loss or injury incurred from use or operation of our product. No consequential damages will be allowed.

TPI will replace or repair at our option any product that we find to be defective. Shipping cost is not included (pre-paid by the purchaser).

Damaged/Returned Merchandise

When returning any merchandise for warranty consideration the purchaser must enclose a copy of the original dated sales invoice. Any merchandise returned for credit must be approved by TPI and an RAN number will be assigned to this return. Merchandise should be returned pre-paid and insured, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit will be given (no cash refunds). Merchandise will be inspected and must be in perfect condition.

Any form of express shipping (one or two day) will be passed on to the customer. Any merchandise damaged in shipping must be taken up with the shipping company. Do not send damaged merchandise back to us unless specified by us.
